Syps Party (Tobago)April seems to be the month for culinary classes in Trinidad & Tobago with everything from Italian cooking classes to bread making, along with an exciting organic hydroponic home gardening class.  Don’t forget that you can sample the work of the T&T National Culinary Team on every Monday evening until June 10th.

Saturday, April 27, 7pm-10pm, SALUD 2013 WINE FESTIVAL at the Hilton Trinidad.  This UWI Alumni Association festival “will showcase varieties from more than 12 countries and includes well-known selections like Chardonnay, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet and a host of others and also a selection of non-alcoholic wines.”  Entertainment will include music from “Caesar’s Army DJ’s, Dei Musicale: The Musical Gods alongside an assortment of premium drinks and cocktails.”  Tickets are $500.
