This slideshow of seven meals is for everyone who asks if we ever cook at home.”

Our overall cooking approach is very simple and doesn’t usually involve recipes and inclusion of local ingredients (especially vegetables).  We also try to use seasonings and sauces from Trinidad & Tobago’s food artisans like CRATE FOODS, AMBROSIA BY CHRISTINE and DEL MANO.
