We recently dropped by for FLAIR’s prix fixe lunch and loved it (we’re total suckers for prix fixe meals). This lunch combines a buffet of a soup and salads/appetizers (e.g., cous cous, penne pasta and a fresh green salads), and desserts.
For the entree, we selected the Grilled Swordfish with Pina Pico de Gallo, which was wonderful. Our dining companions had the Fried Snapper and the well-appointed Huggies’ Burger – Char Grilled Angus Beef with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Onions, Sauteed Mushrooms and topped with BBQ Pulled Pork. As we left, we quickly checked out FLAIR’s dinner menu and it sounds very promising with dishes like a Beet & Goat Salad, Crab & Callaloo Soup and Wasabi Dusted Ahi Tuna, we can’t wait to return.
