Saturday, 5th November, 8am – 12pmESSENTIAL: BREAD MATTERS – Pastry Class 101 (Port of Spain; (868) 788-8004).  A real hands-on bread making course.”  (Class location is FANATIC KITCHEN STUDIO). Class limited to 10 people.  Suitable for beginners or those needing a refresher. The cost is $500

SATURDAYS, 5 November – 10 December, 9am – 3pm: CAKE & PASTRY MAKING (Advanced) @ T&T Hospitality & Tourism Institute (Marabella; (868) 634-4250).  This intensive class is offered over the course of five Saturdays at the Marabella location. The cost is $2050 + $50 registration fee.

Wednesday, 9 November, 6pm – 9pm: IAN ROOKS WITH HEARTY ITALIAN COOKING by Fanatic Kitchen Studio (Port of Spain; (868) 681-9643).  Click here for more information on FANATIC KITCHEN STUDIO.  The cost is $250 for “lookers” and $500 for “cookers.” 

Saturday, 12th November, 8am – 12pm: ITALIAN BREADS by Pastry Class 101 (Port of Spain; (868) 788-8004) “Develop the skills to create breads (ciabatta, olive oil flavoured foccaccia, panettone, pizza, grissini) with light, open textures beloved of Southern Europeans.” (Class location is FANATIC KITCHEN STUDIO).  Class limited to 10 people.  Suitable for beginners or those needing a refresher. The cost is $1,000.

Saturday, 12th November, 9am – 12pm: MAKING ROTI @ Wendy Rahamut School of Cooking (San Fernando; (868) 653-1478).  This is a demonstration class conducted by Wendy Rahamut and includes recipes’ handout. The cost is $400.
