Trinidad’s Culinary Classes: Sept-Oct 2011

The list includes details on Wendy Rahamut School of Cooking, the fantastic Fanatic Kitchen Studio, the T&T Hospitality & Tourism Institute and the Alliance Française de Trinidad & Tobago, which offer classes from bread making to wine appreciation.

These are the classes scheduled for the remainder of September and October 2011:

Monday, 19 September, 6pm – 9pm: CAKE DECORATING (final session) @ Fanatic Kitchen Studio (Port of Spain; (868) 681-9643). Participants will showcase their cake decorating skills and talent. Guests are welcome to take a look and sign up for next sessions in January 2012. Contribution $30 for tea and cakes. Click here for more information on Fanatic Kitchen Studio.

1 October – 29 October, Saturdays, 9am – 3pm: COOKING WITH CONFIDENCE @ T&T Hospitality & Tourism Institute (Chaguaramas; (868) 634-4250). This intensive class is offered over the course of five Saturdays at the Chaguaramas location. The cost is $1850 + $50 registration fee.

1 October – 29 October, Saturdays, 9am – 3pm: CAKE DECORATING (Advanced) @ T&T Hospitality & Tourism Institute (Marabella; (868) 634-4250). This intensive class is offered over the course of five Saturdays at the Marabella location. The cost is $2050 + $50 registration fee.

3 October – 2 November, Monday, Wednesday & Saturday, 5pm – 8pm: PROFESSIONAL BARTENDING @ T&T Hospitality & Tourism Institute (Chaguaramas; (868) 634-4250). This intensive class is offered at the Chaguaramas location. The cost is $1650 + $50 registration fee.

Saturday, 15 October, 9am – 12pm: FLAVOURS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN @ Wendy Rahamut School of Cooking (San Fernando; (868) 653-1478). This is a demonstration class conducted by Wendy Rahamut and includes recipes’ handout. The cost is $400. 

Saturday, 22 October, 9am – 12pm: JUST DESSERTS @ Wendy Rahamut School of Cooking (San Fernando; (868) 653-1478). This is a demonstration class conducted by Wendy Rahamut and includes recipes’ handout. The cost is $400.

29 October – 26 November, Saturdays, 9am – 3pm: CAKE DECORATING (Intermediate) @ T&T Hospitality & Tourism Institute  (Chaguaramas; (868) 634-4250). This intensive class is offered over the course of five Saturdays at the Chaguaramas location. The cost is $1850 + $50 registration fee.
