Tobago’s 12th annual BLUE FOOD FESTIVAL is carded for Sunday, October 16, 2011!
Get ready to celebrate dasheen – one of Tobago’s most important staples – and taste everything from dasheen ice cream to dasheen dumplings. The festival will feature cooking demonstrations and competitions, samples of chefs’ creations, and blue food displays. Blue food items also will be available for purchase.
