NOTE:  The Tobago Culinary Festival originally scheduled for May 26th has been postponed to JUNE 23, 2013.

Mondays, April 8th through June 10th T&T NATIONAL CULINARY TEAM PRACTICE DINNERS at the Hilton Trinidad (Port of Spain, Trinidad).  Support the award-winning Trinidad & Tobago National Culinary Team and enjoy a three-course interactive dinner for $200 inclusive of wine.  (The team is practicing for the 2013 Taste of the Caribbean competition, which will be held June 26th-30th in Miami, Florida.)  Link to more information on team dinners.  $

Ministry of Food Production (Agriculture Now) Farmers Training Centre’s FREE TRAINING COURSES: May 2013 courses include Home Gardening; Wine Making; Pepper Sauce Making; Cocoa Production, Coconut Production, and more. Link to May class schedule, classes are offered in Centeno, Caroni, Penal, Point Fortin, Sangre Grande, Rio Claro and Princes Town.  FREE!
