Located in beautiful Speyside, Tobago, NOLA Granola makes two gourmet granola products – Ginger Granola (nut-free) and Choconut Granola.
We tried the Ginger Granola (and paired it with Orange Hill’s yogurt). The ginger really kicked it up a notch, making this hearty granola a spicy wake up call.
Overall, the granola had the perfect balance of sweetness (courtesy of the raisins), saltiness and crunch from the clusters; and it makes a great snack by itself.
The best part is that it’s made right here in T&T and is a much better value (in terms of cost and carbon footprint) than the imported Dorset Cereals’ granolas that we usually buy.
NOLA Granola is all natural and free of trans fat and cholesterol, and is available in two sizes: 3.5oz individual pack and 12oz family pack.
What We Paid – $18.99 for a 12 ounce bag of Ginger Granola.
Retail Outlets - ‘NOLA Granola products are sold in supermarkets throughout Tobago and at HiLO supermarkets in Trinidad. Visit ‘NOLA’s Facebook Page for a full list of retail outlets.
