PÊCHE PÂTISSERIE (Port of Spain and Chaguanas, Trinidad)

UPDATE December 2014: Peche POS “is closed until further notice in order to facilitate our operations in Chaguanas.” See below for more details about the new Chaguanas location.

As a nation of bread lovers, Trinidad’s PÊCHE PÂTISSERIE holds a special place in our heart.

Pêche Pâtisserie produces superb artisan breads, pastries and desserts, including irresistible croissants, palmiers, danishes, éclairs, tarts and crème brûlée.  The man behind these treats is Chef Khalil Ali, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and the French Culinary Institute.

Pêche also has a fantastic breakfast menu that will make you skip your morning doubles — think Eggs Norwegian, Lobster Florentine or perhaps the Local Trio -Buljol, Bhaji & Tomato Choka and French Toast. Lunch is equally tasty with choices like the Pan Seared Grouper and the Tandoori Shrimp with Salad.
